Our Busselton office is currently looking to hire an experienced Property Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of a well-maintained portfolio and a desire to build strong relationships with owners and tenants.

You will be supported by a dedicated Assistant and Management team and use cloud-based databases and apps for inspections, viewings, and reference checking to assist in streamlining your day.

Core Responsibilities

  • Appraising residential properties and attending to Management Authorities,
  • Managing viewings and regular inspections,
  • Maintaining the database,
  • Oversee Maintenance work orders and liaise with Contractors,
  • Build relationships with owners and handle issues in a diplomatic and professional manner,
  • Manage tenant inquiries and arrears,
  • Process BondsOnline,
  • Reporting statistics and KPI’s

Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of the WA Residential Tenancies Act,
  • Current WA Registration in Sales or Property Management, or ability to undertake studies,
  • WA Drivers Licence,
  • Experience using PropertyTree or similar databases (training will be given for Company databases),
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads,
  • Precise attention to detail and a high level of communication skills,
  • Able to work 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday,
  • Reside in the Southwest,
  • Contactable work referees.
