Naomi Pross

Naomi has been involved in the real estate industry since 2007, wearing just about every hat possible, from property management and being a top selling property consultant to executive administration operations and marketing, and earning her Triennial License.

As Group Business Manager for our six offices, she works closely with our corporate team to support the ‘engine room’ of the business. Her role is a vital pillar of our commitment to growth and excellence, ensuring that the structural side of the business is as polished and efficient as the services we provide. Naomi supports the group in further developing our processes, performance, and standards, and is dedicated to our goal of continuous improvement as the market leader in the South West.

To her, great service is simple, be proactive, stay flexible, and always do what you say you’re going to do. Naomi is a big believer that ‘one of us is all of us’, and she enjoys supporting our staff so they can give their absolute best to our clients.

Busselton is home for Naomi, through and through. When she’s not in the office, you will find her with family, likely camping or fishing, as long as they have seasick tablets on hand!
