Louis De Chiera

As an integral part of the Ray White Stocker Preston team for the past 18 years, Louis offers a knowledgeable and engaging service to property buyers and sellers in the South West.

Growing up in Dunsborough, Louis has witnessed the vast changes and growth that has occurred in the Dunsborough / Yallingup area over the last 40 years. While real estate was in his blood from an early age, before starting his real estate career over 15 years ago, Louis worked as a solicitor in both Perth and Sydney within one of Australia’s top-tier law firms. Working predominantly in the areas of major projects and property, his experience and skills in the contractual requirements for major sales and acquisitions, property development and commercial leasing have proved invaluable in his current role within the Stocker Preston business. He has since made his mark on the real estate industry and is today a highly regarded residential, project, rural and commercial property consultant in the Dunsborough / Busselton area. Louis’ invaluable experience combined with his ability to connect with people from all walks of life has made him one of the most successful agents in the Southwest.

While Louis’ primary day to day focus is sales, he is also the Principal/Licensee of Ray White Stocker Preston.

Louis loves being involved to the local Dunsborough community previously holding positions as the President of the Dunsborough Yallingup Chamber of Commerce and as a junior Aussie rules football coach. He is currently the Chairperson of Our Lady of the Cape Primary School Board.
